Server locations Options

Hello, I was wondering if an Admin could address this question;

As you may know, Blackshot has been floating around to a lot of different companies, (Garena, Outspark). Neither of them have provided good servers for United States players. Do you think in the future there will be a server for Americans? I really do love Blackshot, and I've played Navy Field for quite sometime. My clan and I would LOVE to see an American server..somewhere.

As far as I know, no one purchased the rights to host Blackshot in the U.S. So you'll probably have to wait for someone to do so. Until then play on the European servers, we don't lag that much!

There really is no 'server' its all dependent on the host of the game, you could have a lag free game in antartica on any version of blackshot... the host is the server so to say, so the server is world wide, just depending on what version of the game you play will determine who youll be playing with most really... garena = south east asia, japan version = japan, etc

Though I thought this provider has dedicated servers? Unlike the other version of the game?

Hmm, all other versions dont have dedicated servers so i somewhat doubt this one will tbh

The game does have dedicated servers. Dedicated meaning that it is only used for one thing. The “master server” in this sort-of game just makes sure the connections are stable, keeps track of kills, ammo and probably a few other things.

Blackshot is a peer to peer game.

Blackshot is not only "Peer to Peer" server. Blackshot Server has some special function and it's called "Relay Server Function".
It means, If people have bad connection with each other by Peer to Peer, then Relay server make a connection with them all and provide more stable connection for playing game. It's working like "Dedicated Server function".

Wow i see what you mean by it being the most advanced version of blackshot to date
Mind you, the koreans have lighting fast internet speeds anyway, so no need there, same with japanese. Garena is lagfest, it would work well there, and due to relative largeness of europe it should work well here as well, nice work guys *wonders if this was something outspark was trying to implement but vertigo couldnt be bothered...*
